🎉 Fresno County Community Events
Family-friendly, 18+, and 21+ events across every venue in Fresno County — free and paid.
Built for Fresno.
Sustained by Heart.
A free, community-first resource platform created to ensure that every resident of Fresno County — regardless of income, background, or circumstance — can find the help they need without barriers.
🌿 Who We Are
Fresno Resource Hub is an independent, community-driven project — not a government agency, not a nonprofit corporation, and not a funded organization. It was built by a single Fresno County resident who believes that access to help should be as simple as opening a website.
We remain deliberately anonymous because this platform was never meant to be about us — it's about you, your neighbors, your family, and your community. The faces behind this project are Fresno residents, just like you.
🎯 Our Mission
Our mission is simple: connect Fresno County residents to the resources they need, with zero friction. No accounts required. No income verification to browse. No judgment about why you're looking. Just clear, organized, up-to-date information about the organizations, programs, and services available to you right now.
We believe that the most powerful thing a community can do is take care of its own. Fresno is one of the most resource-rich cities in the Central Valley — but those resources are often scattered, hard to find, and even harder to navigate. We're here to change that.
💛 The Real Cost of Free
This platform is — and will always remain — completely free to use. There are no advertisements, no sponsored listings, no data selling, and no hidden fees. What you see is what you get: honest, community-sourced information.
But free to you doesn't mean free to maintain. Every month, this platform costs real money to keep running — web hosting, domain registration, software tools, and the dozens of hours spent researching organizations, verifying phone numbers, writing descriptions, and building new features. That cost comes entirely out of one person's pocket.
We're not asking for anything. But if this hub has helped you find food when your pantry was empty, locate housing when you needed a roof, discover a job program when you were ready for a fresh start, or simply helped someone you love — then you already know the value of what this is.
"A small contribution from those who can means that those who can't always have a place to turn."
📬 Reach Us
We may be anonymous, but we're always listening. Whether you've found an error, want to suggest a resource, or are interested in partnering with us — we want to hear from you.
All emails are currently routed to our admin inbox and reviewed personally. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
🔒 Your Privacy Matters
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this platform — which categories are most visited, what people search for, and what devices are being used. This helps us prioritize updates and improvements. We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us via a form.
Creating an account is entirely optional and only unlocks personal features like saved resources and push notifications. We will never sell your data. Ever.
About Fresno Resource Hub
An honest look at who we are, why this exists, and what we believe.
📖 The Story Behind the Hub
Fresno Resource Hub started with a simple, frustrating moment — watching a loved one struggle to find help they desperately needed and not knowing where to send them. The information existed, somewhere. But it was scattered across dozens of government websites, outdated flyers, and word-of-mouth recommendations that may or may not still be accurate.
For a community as big and rich as Fresno County — over 1 million residents with hundreds of nonprofits, churches, government programs, and grassroots organizations doing incredible work — there was no single place a regular person could go to find help quickly and confidently.
So one was built. Not by a foundation. Not by a nonprofit. Not by the city. By one Fresno resident, working evenings and weekends, paying for hosting out of pocket, researching organizations one by one, verifying phone numbers, and building something that should have existed all along.
"If something is missing from your community, sometimes the answer is to build it yourself."
🌻 Who's Behind This?
We are intentionally anonymous — and that's a deliberate choice, not a hiding place.
This platform isn't about the person who built it. It's about you, your neighbors, the families this serves, and the organizations doing the real work on the ground. Putting a face on this project would shift the focus, invite ego into the equation, and make it harder for people to trust that this is genuinely for the community — not a personal brand or a stepping stone to something else.
What you should know is this: the person building Fresno Resource Hub is a local Fresno County resident, born and raised in the Valley, who knows what it's like to need help and not know where to find it. Every category on this site was added because someone real needed it. Every phone number was verified. Every link was tested.
We're not a corporation. We're not a registered 501(c)(3) (yet). We're not affiliated with any government agency, political party, or religious organization. We're just a neighbor with a laptop and a sincere desire to help.
